BOUDOIR SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 60 minutes of shooting time.

SESSION DEPOSIT: We will contact you to collect a deposit for 1/2 of the session fee. The balance will be due day of the of session.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

HAIR AND MAKE UP: Our make up artist is an independent contractor that was worked with us for over 17 years. She prefers cash or check, no credit cards please.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Kiwi Kouture Boudoir Photography Studio.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.

PRIVACY POLICY: We never use client images for samples or marketing unless compensation or exchange is made and never without a signed model relase.

MEET DANE

Meet Dane, owner of Kiwi Kouture Boudoir Studio. With over 23 years of experience, Dane specializes in boudoir, family, and wedding photography. A proud gay photographer and trilingual artist, he has also served as past president of Professional Photographers of San Antonio. Dane is a member of Professional Photographers of Texas and Professional Photographers of America, and he holds the distinctions of Master Photographer and Craftsman Degree. He is a PPA Certified Photographer.
