BOUDOIR SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 60 minutes of shooting time.

SESSION DEPOSIT: We will contact you to collect a deposit for 1/2 of the session fee. The balance will be due day of the of session.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

HAIR AND MAKE UP: Our make up artist is an independent contractor that was worked with us for over 17 years. She prefers cash or check, no credit cards please.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Kiwi Kouture Boudoir Photography Studio.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.

PRIVACY POLICY: We never use client images for samples or marketing unless compensation or exchange is made and never without a signed model relase.

Meet Dane, owner of Kiwi Kouture and Dos Kiwis Studio. For over 21 years, Dane has been doing boudoir, family, and wedding photography. Dane is a proud gay photographer, trilingual, also a past president of Professional Photographers of San Antonio. He also is a member of Professional Photographers of Texas, Professional Photographers of America and holds the titles of Master Photographer and Craftsmans Degree. He is a PPA Certified Photographer.
